Official Rules — Pet Connection weekly drawing

1. General Rules

No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes open to residents of the United States and Canada. All entrants must be eighteen (18) years of age or older. Not open to employees and immediate family members of Gina Spadafori, Dr. Marty Becker, affiliates, directors, owners, employees or agents. The winning prize is non-transferable to any other person, including relatives and friends. Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes, and any expenses associated with the prize, unless otherwise specified. No substitution, cash equivalent or transfer of prize is permitted.

2. By entering, entrant agrees to follow the Official Rules

and hold harmless and indemnifies Gina Spadafori, Dr. Marty Becker, and each of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, or agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising from either the entrant's participation or the receipt or use of the prizes awarded in the promotion.

3. How to Enter

Entry must be by online form on PetConnection.com. Limit one (1) entry per household.

4. Entry Deadline

All entrants are eligible for the monthly drawing.

5. Random Drawing

Prize winners will be drawn at random on the first of every month until further notice..

6. Prizes

Prizes consist of a product from the sponsor noted on the Pet Connection home page. Sponsors change regularly.

7. Prize Acceptance

All federal state and local laws and regulations apply. Potential winner must execute an Affidavit of Eligibility / Prize Acceptance Form / Release of Liability within 2 days of notification. Non-compliance within this time period may result in disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner, unless prohibited by law. By participating in this promotion, entrant agrees to be bound by the Official Rules and the decision of the judges. In consideration of being awarded the prize, winner hereby agrees and consents, without further authorization, compensation or remuneration of any kind, to the use of the winner's name in any and all advertising, promotions and other publicity conducted by PetConnection.com.
